Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across end-to-end supply chain and procurement to balance cost, service excellence, and risk management
• Lead category management and sourcing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and sustainable procurement goals
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships through robust relationship management and contract governance
• Drive supply chain transformation initiatives, including process optimisation and digital procurement improvements
• Develop and inspire a high-performing team, fostering accountability and professional development

Requirements

• CIPS qualified or equivalent with significant procurement experience
• Background in construction or civil engineering
• Proven track record in best-in-class supply chain delivery and national supplier management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience managing stakeholders at director level and across operational teams
• Ability to navigate complex client and supply chain landscapes within a large organisation
