Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Own the full procure-to-pay cycle, including RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, and invoice resolution
• Manage and develop a high-performing team through coaching and performance management
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve supply issues and maintain production flow
• Oversee supplier performance using metrics, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions
• Build and scale supplier networks for aerospace-grade components and materials
• Drive department KPIs and ensure purchasing aligns with industry regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of international supply chain experience in aerospace, defense, or a regulated manufacturing industry
• 4+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (machining, milling, fabrication, casting, forging)
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Experience sourcing complex machined parts or specialized components
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• ERP experience, ideally with Global Shop or Epicor
• Experience scaling supplier networks in new global regions
• Professional supply chain certification (CPSM, CPIM, or CSCP)

• Base salary of $125,000 to $140,000 plus a discretionary bonus of up to 20%
