Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow supplier ecosystems supplying aerospace grade components and materials
• Shape and roll out global procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals
• Manage the entire procure-to-pay journey, including RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, and invoice resolution
• Ensure all purchasing activity remains compliant with industry regulations and internal policies
• Advance team capability through hands-on coaching, performance management, and succession planning
• Monitor supplier performance using metrics, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve supply roadblocks and protect production continuity

Requirements

• 7+ years of international supply chain experience within aerospace, defense, or a similarly regulated manufacturing space
• 4+ years of leadership or management experience
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or an adjacent discipline
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Working knowledge of metal commodities, manufacturing methods (machining, milling, casting, etc.), and outside processing
• Willingness to travel internationally to manage and grow the global supplier base
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognized supply chain credentials such as CPSM, CPIM, or CSCP
• Postgraduate study at the Master's level in a related field
• Experience scaling supplier networks in new or unfamiliar global markets
• Practical experience with ERP systems, specifically Global Shop or Epicor

• Base salary of $125,000 to $140,000 plus a discretionary bonus of up to 20%
