Supply Chain Manager III

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end labor planning solutions across the network, balancing tactical execution with long-term strategic planning.
• Conduct weekly labor planning for sites, including developing hiring plans and variable labor plans.
• Generate weekly reporting on site execution, plan accuracy, and performance bridging for leadership.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Transportation teams to optimize load-balancing and manage arrival deviations.
• Partner with Finance to manage operational plans, audit performance, and attribute variances.
• Drive strategic initiatives to automate labor planning and integrate long-term capacity planning.
• Mentor and develop junior team members within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 2+ years of direct supply chain experience.
• Proven ability to define program requirements and use data and metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating complex results to senior leadership.
