Supply Chain Manager I

Responsibilities

• Lead, track, and communicate shipment delivery schedules to internal partners and stakeholders
• Engage with vendors to obtain delivery schedules, update internal tools, and raise RMAs for missing shipments
• Partner with regional planners, logistics teams, and Data Center Operations to drive the receipt of shipped parts
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are billed appropriately and create mechanisms to track invoices on hold
• Analyze PO data from numerous databases using Excel and SQL to perform ad-hoc analysis and identify root causes
• Develop efficient processes and metrics to monitor the inflow of spares and achieve on-time-delivery SLAs
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, capacity planning, or manufacturing operations
• Advanced MS-Excel skills with the ability to manage large data sets
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL or other data management systems

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and managing escalated activities
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs and manage competing priorities
• Experience driving innovative solutions within high-performance, global teams
