We deliver our system through a Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, making Physical AI accessible to manufacturers to improve quality of life and increase production capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement operations including sourcing, negotiating, and issuing purchase orders
• Build and implement procurement systems and tools for visibility into POs and vendor commitments
• Negotiate supplier contracts and resolve delivery defaults against fixed lead-time commitments
• Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers based on cost, quality, and engineering requirements
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into sourcing plans
• Analyze demand forecasts tied to robot deployment volume
• Act as a bridge between vendors and quality to drive down rework and turnaround time
• Use AI-enabled procurement and data tools to automate reporting and sourcing research
• Develop and report procurement metrics and cost savings to the Head of Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience as a purchasing or procurement manager in hardware or electronics
• Proven track record of building procurement systems from the ground up in a startup or rapid-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts
• Ability to operate as a self-managed individual contributor
• Strong skills in budgeting, cost optimization, and negotiation
• Proficiency with procurement and vendor management software
• Must have authorization to work in the United States
