Supply Chain Manager (Forecasting)

Responsibilities

• Drive global forecasting services and implement supply chain analytics to improve forecast accuracy through the S&OP process
• Provide statistical baseline forecasts by gathering, analyzing, cleaning, and validating data to execute statistical models
• Prepare and maintain relevant KPIs and reports related to the demand planning process
• Analyze forecast vs. actuals deviations and identify mitigation actions
• Incorporate external factors and leverage AI/Machine Learning capabilities to enhance forecasting models
• Develop analytics to detect biased forecasts and facilitate stakeholder decision-making
• Lead meetings and develop training materials to champion best practices and industry standards

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain (preferably in Pharma, Consumer Goods, or Consulting)
• Proficiency in Advance Planning Systems such as SAP IBP or SAP APO
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlikview, or PowerBI)
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a specialization in Supply Chain management
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
