Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier selection, sourcing, and price/terms negotiations to improve cost, lead times, and quality.
• Oversee demand forecasting, capacity planning, and order scheduling to support production and prevent bottlenecks.
• Manage inventory processes to optimize stock levels, reduce working capital, and increase inventory turns.
• Supervise logistics activities including goods-in, material handling, dispatch, and international shipping/customs coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement by coordinating onsite Kaizen events and analyzing Supply Chain KPIs.
• Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team across planning, purchasing, and logistics functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum CIPS Level 3 qualification.
• Proven leadership experience in supply chain functions (purchasing, planning, or logistics) within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• High-level working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Infor Syteline preferred).
• Experience operating within ISO9001 quality systems.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
