Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, planning, and shipping/receiving operations for the Cook Compression brand.
• Develop and manage a cross-functional, integrated planning process including capacity, scheduling, and inventory.
• Supervise onsite employees and foster a collaborative, empowering working environment.
• Analyze customer demand and sales forecasts to execute accurate production plans.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize overall value.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing principles and departmental metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment covering procurement, inventory, and planning.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality system requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• APICS certification.
• Experience with Syteline ERP.
