Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from supplier to customer to enable sustainable competitive advantage.
• Define and execute division supply chain strategy aligned with commercial, technology, manufacturing, and quality goals.
• Create lean, end-to-end supply chains to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders cost-effectively.
• Balance manufacturing capacity and production schedules with fluctuating customer demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, supply management, logistics, and legal.
• Lead and manage the supply chain team through coaching, performance feedback, and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate external contracts.
• Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) measures are met within global and local guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of supply chain experience within multi-national companies.
• Proven global work experience, including working across different regions and cultures.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
