Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEA Demand Planning and IBP strategy, serving as the primary liaison between commercial teams, customers, and Supply Planning.
• Facilitate the monthly IBP cycle by collaborating with Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to reach a consensus forecast.
• Develop long-term and short-term demand plans using statistical modeling, market intelligence, and trend analysis.
• Act as the supply chain lead for New Product Introductions (NPI), coordinating with Registration, Marketing, and Supply teams for flawless launches.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimality and take action to deplete slow-moving stock.
• Partner with Global Supply Planning to manage replenishment and mitigate potential shortages.
• Audit end-to-end supply chain processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Manage key supply chain metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to Demand Planning or a strategic related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• High proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP IBP or Kinaxis preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across diverse cultures and levels.
