Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of component procurement, from vendor selection through delivery and installation
• Oversee all indirect purchasing, including software, machinery, and employee benefits
• Partner with engineering and operations teams on sourcing strategies, supplier roadmaps, and cost trade-off analyses
• Analyze current spend and evaluate suppliers to consolidate spend and identify new high-potential vendors
• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, ensuring all commercial terms are documented and agreed upon
• Negotiate NDAs, SOWs, and Master Purchase Agreements
• Monitor market conditions and technology roadmaps to identify supply/demand challenges and opportunities
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies that achieve sustainable supplier relationships and business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a similar discipline
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in procurement, manufacturing, or related supply chain disciplines
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing high-volume logistics
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or other protected individual as defined by export regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and inventory/asset management systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and datasheets
