Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain execution for assigned product portfolios and customers
• Lead delivery performance by proactively managing supply risks, priorities, and recovery actions
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues and close gaps to ensure customer satisfaction
• Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans across manufacturing and operations
• Prepare and communicate clear supply status updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Identify gaps between demand and supply and drive structured follow-up with functional owners
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain responsiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related roles
• Experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including senior-level presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor or high-technology industry experience, specifically within the data center ecosystem
• Experience supporting customer-facing or market-aligned supply chain roles
• Hands-on experience with supply chain planning systems, data, or analytics tools
