Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Tech, and Ops teams to automate and optimize supply chain processes.
• Develop and scale solutions to improve on-time shipping, delivery speed, and accuracy across North America.
• Act as a strategic partner to organization leaders, managing relationships to ensure transparency and ownership.
• Use data analytics and statistical methods to conduct deep dives, root-cause issues, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
• Own program strategy and end-to-end delivery, including creating and presenting charters to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Vendor and Carrier Performance Management teams to build long-term improvement strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive operational improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in Business, Operations, or a related field.
