Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement function, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors to secure the best possible terms
• Oversee supplier relationships and ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules
• Manage inventory control to minimize stock outs and optimize inventory levels
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chain
• Monitor market trends and identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies
• Work closely with operations, finance, and quality assurance teams
• Prepare and manage procurement budgets and generate performance reports
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Experience within the QSR industry is ideal
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with SAP is a plus
