Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor materials planning, inventory control, storage, shipping, and receiving activities
• Attract, develop, and retain a diverse staff through effective training and succession planning
• Manage departmental financial performance in accordance with planned budgets
• Coordinate between functional site groups and division counterparts to ensure supply meets demand
• Manage site scheduling to balance customer needs, site priorities, and warehouse constraints
• Oversee inventory control systems to track purchase orders, inventory levels, and production requirements
• Maintain the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process over a 2-year horizon
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics
• Proven people leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes
• Proficiency with supply chain/inventory management systems such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, operations, or a related field preferred
