Supply Chain Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clarity of technical specifications
• Negotiate with external suppliers for advantageous technical and commercial terms
• Create and follow up on purchase orders based on production needs
• Monitor delivery schedules and purchase order due dates
• Assess and manage supplier performance and delivery risks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and service levels

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Business with a strong technology focus
• At least 3 years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing
• Experience in aerospace or automotive industries preferred
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, project-driven environment
• Results-oriented with strong planning and delivery skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP systems
