Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through a four-phase program to learn business operations end-to-end:

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (Shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics)
• Phase 2: Customer Relationships & Procurement (Vendor management and material quoting)
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (Contract negotiation and business development)
• Phase 4: Leadership & Operations (Team mentoring and strategic goal setting)

Upon completion, you will transition into a Profit Centre Manager role, responsible for running a location as a business owner.

Requirements

• Recent university or college graduate (all disciplines)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to relocate within Canada for training
