Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to coordinate global supply chains and analyze complex material requirements
• Verify and incorporate Bills of Material and schedules into production plans
• Initiate, coordinate, and authorize the release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
• Ensure on-time delivery and document/resolve order delinquencies
• Develop and control inventory plans to optimize levels and analyze excess inventory
• Create schedules for products and services and assist in developing estimates for new business proposals
• Implement process improvements by establishing best practices for materials management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management, and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
• 3+ years of experience with scheduling in an engineering and manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
