Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and support emergent part demand requests from Wings and Final Assembly
• Develop data-driven processes to improve the internal ordering team's efficiency
• Identify and resolve daily part or supply chain issues to support program stakeholders
• Interface between Fabrication Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Manufacturing
• Provide oversight of emergent process flows from requirement notification to part delivery
• Utilize ERPLN system data to make informed part ordering and scheduling decisions
• Collaborate with multiple organizations to support manufacturing operations and supply chain integration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain management
• 3+ years of experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and supply chain concepts
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Tableau to perform comprehensive data analysis
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Data Analytics
• 3+ years of experience with procurement systems such as ERPLN, SAP, SAT, or PAVE
• Experience querying system data tables and utilizing program systems like CMES, PDM, or Redars
• Strong ability to translate complex data analysis into executive-level formats
