Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Apply supply chain management methodologies to ensure global coordination and optimal planning decisions
• Initiate, coordinate, and authorize the release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
• Develop, control, and optimize inventory plans and analyze complex material requirements
• Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance materials management and SCM performance
• Ensure on-time delivery and document/resolve order delinquencies
• Analyze and disposition excess inventories and report schedule adherence issues
• Develop schedules for products and services and assist with estimates for new business proposals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management
• 5+ years of experience working with an industry ERP system (e.g., SAP)
• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, scheduling, and ordering inventories or supplies
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or managing process improvement projects
• Experience working within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in performing data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
