Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage demand, inventory, and value stream integration through data-driven analysis and KPI reporting
• Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination across the supply chain
• Collaborate with departments including engineering, quality assurance, purchasing, and warehousing to align stakeholders
• Update on-time delivery metrics and develop actionable solutions based on analysis
• Optimize inventory levels and analyze/disposition excess and obsolete inventories
• Lead cross-functional process management activities and risk mitigation efforts for high-risk programs
• Document and resolve order delinquencies and report schedule adherence issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading projects from inception to completion
• 5+ years of experience compiling and interpreting data to facilitate critical decision-making for management
• 5+ years of practical experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
• 5+ years of experience using ERPLN or similar purchasing applications
• Ability to travel up to 5% annually, both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating strategic plans and objectives to senior leaders and executives
• Exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
