Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, distribution, and warehousing of materials
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory management
• Resolve griefs, order delinquencies, and supply chain complexities
• Support internal and external audits and maintain government material compliance
• Manage sustainment reports, shortage management, and kit readiness reporting
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, quality assurance, and suppliers to ensure production schedule adherence
• Apply Supply Chain Management methodologies to optimize inventory plans and process improvements

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment
• 1+ years of experience in Materials Management Analysis or Supply Chain Management Analysis
• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain Planning
• 1+ years of experience coordinating and resolving supply chain complexities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of related work experience
• Current or previous active U.S. Security Clearance within the past 24 months
• Ability to prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
