About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, distribution, and warehousing of materials
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory management
- Resolve griefs, order delinquencies, and supply chain complexities
- Support internal and external audits and maintain government material compliance
- Manage sustainment reports, shortage management, and kit readiness reporting
- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, quality assurance, and suppliers to ensure production schedule adherence
- Apply Supply Chain Management methodologies to optimize inventory plans and process improvements
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment
- 1+ years of experience in Materials Management Analysis or Supply Chain Management Analysis
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain Planning
- 1+ years of experience coordinating and resolving supply chain complexities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of related work experience
- Current or previous active U.S. Security Clearance within the past 24 months
- Ability to prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
