Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supplier management, engineering, quality assurance, and warehousing to support 787 Program Operations
• Incorporate Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into production plans and coordinate part number attributes
• Verify that released engineering BOMs are correctly implemented in the material planning system
• Release and maintain orders, resolve delinquencies, and report schedule adherence issues
• Analyze and disposition excess and obsolete inventories while optimizing inventory levels
• Ensure organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements, and governmental regulations
• Support process improvements and the development of new ordering methodologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain and/or materials management
• 3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to management
• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, customer-service critical environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work various shifts based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ERPLN, Velocity, Order Manager, or REDARS systems
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations or production support
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and self-motivation skills
