Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand and support supply planning to ensure product availability
• Coordinate inventory levels to maintain efficiency and minimize stockouts or overstock
• Monitor stock levels and rotation while identifying risks in the supply chain
• Follow up on purchase orders, production, and distribution processes
• Generate performance reports and supply chain KPIs
• Analyze operational data to detect trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with internal departments including sales, logistics, finance, and production
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SCM processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Demand Planning
• Proven experience in inventory control and operational data analysis
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (indispensable)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Intermediate English language proficiency
