Supply Chain Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end on-site logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, internal material transfer, and shipping preparation.
• Coordinate local and global supply chain projects, developing solutions for warehouse layout, 3PL selection, and SAP system integration.
• Set and monitor logistics KPIs such as efficiency, speed, and order accuracy, using data analysis to drive process improvements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and the efficient use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Manage 3PL partner selection, qualification, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with customs and tariff regulations for all import, internal, and export documentation.
• Oversee compliance governance, risk assessments, audit responses, and incident investigations.
• Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve high performance and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong knowledge of GMP and GDP standards.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or warehouse management roles.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and standard office software.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and work effectively in a team environment.
