Supply Chain Logistics Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the analytical interface between logistics, IT, operations, and external logistics service providers
• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for logistical processes to ensure data transparency and quality
• Analyze existing logistics processes and derive concrete optimization measures to increase efficiency
• Manage long-term optimization projects focusing on quality, inventory levels, and lead times
• Coordinate material flow between internal and external logistics
• Support S&OP processes to improve the alignment of sales and capacity planning
• Monitor inventory quality and perform freight analyses to prepare for data-driven freight tenders
• Create forecasts for medium- and long-term logistics planning

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain, or Materials Management, or comparable training with relevant experience
• Several years of professional experience in logistics data analysis or logistics controlling
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management is preferred
• Fluent German (C1 level) and very good English skills
• Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and entrepreneurial mindset
