About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and process shipments within SAP
- Manage route finding and shipping planning
- Advise customers regarding incoming shipments
- Organize shipping and customs documentation
- Request freight quotes, compare offers, and verify freight invoices
- Manage discount orders, including quantity planning and forwarding processing
- Generate reports and tables using SAP
- Handle customer complaints and support process optimization projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., Industrial Clerk or Freight Forwarding Clerk)
- Proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in SAP (ideally) and MS Excel
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
