Supply Chain Leadership Graduate Program

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations across different Supply Chain functions to gain diverse experience
• Rotate through manufacturing environments in a plant setting
• Master customer service and logistics within a commercial head office
• Gain exposure to Engineering, Procurement, Quality, or Operations Centers during final placements
• Execute impactful, real-world projects that contribute directly to company success

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Demonstrated leadership qualities through education, hobbies, or work experience
• Willingness to relocate domestically for program rotations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience gained through internships or similar professional placements
