Supply Chain IT Applications Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Supply Chain IT applications supporting planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and yard operations
• Own ERP application delivery and support, including configuration, enhancements, integrations, and lifecycle management
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive technological advancements
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure system availability, performance, and SLA compliance for mission-critical systems in a 24/7 environment
• Lead ERP modernization initiatives and oversee demand intake, prioritization, and capacity planning
• Manage system integrators, software vendors, application budgets, and vendor cost controls
• Define and track KPIs related to system availability, batch performance, and business value

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of IT experience, OR Master's degree and 5 years of IT experience, OR 10 years of IT experience
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics
• Deep Enterprise ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Infor LN, Oracle)
• Experience supporting mission-critical systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Exposure to WMS, TMS, Yard Management, MES, or system integration platforms
• Experience with Agile, ITIL, and DevSecOps practices
• Proven experience managing large system integrators and offshore delivery models
