Supply Chain & Inventory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and medical supply management across multiple ER locations
• Own the end-to-end ordering process and vendor relationships
• Manage inventory accuracy across approximately 5,000 SKUs, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• Set and maintain optimal par levels at both warehouse and facility levels
• Lead, coach, and support Warehouse and Medical Supply team members
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
• Maintain organization, compliance, and high standards across all inventory functions

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain management
• Proven track record managing large SKU counts and maintaining high inventory accuracy
• Experience leading teams and owning day-to-day operations
• Strong proficiency with inventory/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Healthcare, medical supply, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
