Supply Chain - Inventory Control Quality Assurance Analyst ICQA

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and continuous improvement efforts
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects and discrepancies to drive optimization
• Ensure quality of in-store products by monitoring expiration dates and managing damage
• Establish and implement audit mechanisms to ensure adherence to SOPs across all processes
• Own the Andon Cord process, implementing both short-term fixes and long-term optimizations
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent losses and incidents within the fulfillment center
• Manage the performance of on-site ICQA personnel and lead daily problem-solving activities
• Initiate Kaizen projects to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and Excel
• Expertise in Lean Management principles (5S, root cause analysis, Kaizen)
• Strong understanding of inventory control in a high-volume warehouse environment
