Supply Chain Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to balance cost, quality, service, and people imperatives
• Participate in continuous improvement training to prepare for future frontline leadership roles
• Motivate teams to achieve performance targets and implement efficiency procedures
• Identify and implement optimization initiatives, such as reducing planned downtime and minimizing raw material waste
• Support the reduction of product and packaging losses within production plants or distribution centers

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated commitment to collaboration and leadership
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a willingness to be hands-on
