Supply Chain Intern - Container Rental Cost Optimization

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical and economic specifications of containers provided by different suppliers
• Evaluate global costs per supplier and by geographic zone to identify savings opportunities
• Develop a decision-making tool to automatically recommend the optimal supplier and container type based on product grade, campaign size, destination, and quality class
• Integrate manufacturing workshop constraints into the analysis and final recommendations
• Collaborate with multiple departments including production, logistics, and purchasing

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Advanced mastery of Excel, with Power Query proficiency being essential
• Experience or strong ability in data analysis and structuring heterogeneous data sets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear, argued results to various stakeholders
• Rigorous methodology and strong synthesis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in VBA or Power BI
• Ability to write structured professional recommendations
