Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and communicating with suppliers
• Support the preparation of procurement documents and reports
• Help track orders and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain vendor and procurement records
• Provide general support to the supply chain team

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn
