Supply Chain Insight Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects to identify performance trends and support supply, demand, inventory, and logistics efficiency initiatives
• Serve as a strategic business partner to planning leaders, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Design and maintain intuitive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into critical KPIs such as forecast accuracy and inventory turns
• Build advanced statistical models and simulations to support long-term forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning
• Drive the automation of repeatable analytics using Python, VBA, or RPA to increase strategic capacity
• Collaborate with planners to build analytical maturity and confidence in data interpretation and performance storytelling

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or operations
• Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Python
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience with advanced AI/ML modelling and working with large datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or equivalent
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Experience working in global or regional planning environments
