Supply Chain Initiatives Advisor

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and optimize supply chain change initiatives from raw material sourcing to last-mile deliveries
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Procurement to drive product and customer changes
• Manage Product Offer Management project timelines and optimize sourcing for new and existing products and packages
• Lead supply chain improvement projects aimed at process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on initiative progress and outcomes
• Support inventory management activities, including demand forecasting and stock level optimization
• Assist in the development and rollout of supply chain policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a supply chain network
• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and Supply Chain Planning Systems
• Proficiency with MS Excel and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI)
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Proven experience in project management and complex coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in statistics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale operations within the Oil & Gas or FMCG sectors
• Experience in supply planning roles within Chemical, CPG, or Manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of R or Python for scripting
• Experience with SAP IBP/APO, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis
• Background in finished lubricants production or manufacturing processes
