Supply Chain Information Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex supply chain data to deliver insights that improve inventory, delivery performance, quality, and cost
• Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting using advanced data extraction and visualisation tools
• Provide visibility across inventory, revenue, SIOP, delivery, and customer metrics using large datasets and data warehouses
• Support planning and operations through ERP/MRP systems, enabling effective scheduling, WIP tracking, and inventory control
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
• Contribute to the implementation and adoption of new tools, including automation and AI-enabled planning solutions
• Represent the Global Supply Chain Metrics team in meetings and support training on tools and reporting solutions

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or a related analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, STEM, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using Tableau and SQL databases
• Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals within a complex operational environment
• Confident communicator, able to work effectively with global stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft AX or similar) and graph databases is a strong advantage
