Supply Chain Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of Lean Material Flow strategies throughout the plant and supporting warehouse
• Design, implement, and maintain time studies to optimize productivity
• Develop and update standard work instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality performance
• Provide Industrial Engineering analyses to support cost improvement and operational enhancement initiatives
• Own layouts for supply chain-managed areas to ensure optimal workflow and space utilization
• Facilitate Lean Assessments and Value Stream Mapping sessions
• Develop and maintain 5S programs and KPI tracking for warehouse operations
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing experience OR Master's degree and 1+ year of experience OR 5+ years of experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Lean or Six Sigma training

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Experience with the MOST motion time system
• Experience working in or alongside union environments
• Green Belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, and PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse, Yard, or Transportation Management systems
