Supply Chain Graduate Programme

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of Transport & Logistics operations
• Analyse data and key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
• Assist in managing and coordinating shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Participate in projects related to supply chain management, inventory control, and freight forwarding
• Learn and apply customs regulations and compliance procedures for international shipments
• Engage with customers to understand their logistics needs and provide excellent service

Requirements

• New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
• Based in Auckland
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
