Supply Chain Global Trainee

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing processes through daily operations and project assignments
• Support the end-to-end order lifecycle, including quotation, SAP order entry, and execution tracking
• Perform feasibility, cost, and delivery analysis while preparing reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Manage sourcing activities such as RFQs, supplier coordination, vendor evaluation, and purchase order follow-up
• Coordinate production and logistics to track manufacturing progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Support inventory, invoicing, and payment processes to ensure data accuracy and alignment with Finance
• Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, lead times, and backlogs to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or Management
• Graduated within the last 4 years
• No more than 4 years of professional experience
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience with Power BI
• Experience using SAP
