Supply Chain Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Engineering department to support corporate objectives and drive business scalability.
• Integrate complex business requirements into functional facility designs and operational plans.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate best-fit equipment and technology solutions within the Supply Chain network.
• Manage the development of holistic solution designs that combine equipment, process, and space.
• Support the professional growth and career development of the engineering team.
• Establish simple, effective, and consistent technical processes for the workforce.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain technical engineering or design roles, ideally within retail or consulting.
• Expertise in Distribution Centre facility design and equipment planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent software) for facility layouts and space planning.
• Demonstrated ability to translate operational requirements into engineered facility and equipment solutions.
• Experience developing scalable solutions that integrate equipment, process, and space.
