Supply Chain Director

Everstar is a MilTech recruiting agency. This role is for one of Ukraine's largest defense technology manufacturers, a company with over 5,000 specialists and a monthly production volume exceeding 100,000 products.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply chain strategy focusing on planning, direct procurement, and logistics
• Manage integrated planning processes including MRP and S&OP
• Ensure component availability and manage supply risks and shortages
• Coordinate with procurement to align demand and supply requirements
• Optimize logistics, internal flows, and lead times
• Manage key performance indicators such as OTIF, lead time, and inventory turnover
• Drive ERP/MRP system development and process automation
• Lead and develop the planning, procurement, and logistics teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of Supply Chain experience at Head, Director, or VP level
• Experience in manufacturing environments (hardware, electronics, or defense preferred)
• Expertise in MRP/S&OP, inventory management, and material availability
• Experience managing logistics and direct procurement
• Practical experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Understanding of BOM and cost drivers within the supply chain
• Proven track record in scaling or transforming supply chain functions
• Ability to work in high-uncertainty environments with resource shortages
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency

• Experience working with components in aviation, radio electronics, or mechatronics
