Supply Chain Delivery Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of materials by actively monitoring purchase orders and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Provide best-in-class support to assigned vendors, maintaining strong relationships and serving as the main point of contact for delivery-related matters
• Detect operational issues and collaborate with Vendor Performance Leads and internal teams to drive improvements in end-to-end vendor performance
• Work closely with all key stakeholders to resolve purchase order, purchase requisition, and vendor concerns
• Educate vendors and key internal stakeholders on ExxonMobil systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in similar supply chain or coordination roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Outstanding communication skills with a proactive initiative to engage vendors via phone and email
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional interfaces and adapt to quickly changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment
