Supply Chain Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Capture and change orders, including receiving standard details and updating based on sales requests
• Verify pricing accuracy on all orders and conduct necessary credit checks
• Optimize logistics by managing shipping and creating filler orders for Full Truck Load (FTL) delivery
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding out-of-stock items and product availability
• Coordinate with supply planning to confirm stock levels and order quantities
• Finalize delivery details in the system and follow up on order status with logistics providers
• Manage returns and coordinate return deliveries to resolve customer issues
• Collaborate with call centers and various departments to solve complex requirements and implement business actions

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Linguistics
• Proficiency in both Polish and English is mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer order management role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office package
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset
