Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of supply chain functions, procedures, and SOPs
• Coordinate with Procurement Team to collect and verify payment documents
• Generate payment vouchers and ensure documentation accuracy
• Obtain required approvals and signatures from relevant authorities
• Process approved payment vouchers through designated systems
• Submit vouchers to Finance Department and follow up on vendor payments
• Maintain master data and payment history records by site and vendor
• Prepare and share payment tracking reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in supply chain coordination or procurement support
• Proficiency in MS Excel and office applications
• Strong documentation and record management skills
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction or project-based organizations
