Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage functional area processes and procedures
• Manage service provider output to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Monitor performance against daily plans and identify early warning signs
• Drive compliance with lead times and SLAs
• Monitor stock inventories and coordinate monthly stock cycle counting
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of production teams and external service providers
• Prepare monthly production reports for management decision-making
• Manage costs within allocated budgets and place purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and health, safety, and quality guidelines

Requirements

• Matric
• Diploma in Supply Chain
• 5 years of experience in a distribution centre or production environment
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Previous experience in an e-commerce warehouse
