Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Support customs declaration activities including tariff classification, valuation, and licensing documentation
• Collect, validate, and maintain trade-related data and shipment records in designated systems
• Act as a coordination point between logistics, procurement, planning, and customs brokers
• Support GGS Procurement activities including PR submission and cost data validation
• Assist in SAP deployment and digitalization initiatives by supporting data readiness and testing coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in logistics, customs brokerage, or supply chain coordination
• Basic understanding of import/export regulations and trade documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation management tools
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to import/export operations or complex customs processes
• Understanding of procurement processes and purchasing workflows
• Experience supporting system deployments or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with customs concepts such as country of origin and valuation
