Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead all supply chain activities and processes for the plant, including strategy definition and optimization.
• Define the plant supply chain strategy and translate it into actionable plans aligned with group standards.
• Manage production planning and control processes, including scheduling, sequencing, and review.
• Oversee supplier management, including capacity management, order confirmation, and performance monitoring.
• Implement and monitor supply chain optimization measurements to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
• Coordinate logistics, including inbound material planning, procurement activities, and delivery to customers.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement activities within the supply chain function.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, delivery performance, and lead times.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management.
• Proven experience in production planning and control.
• Strong ability to lead people and manage cross-functional projects.
