Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support daily supply chain operations and inventory movement
• Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate order flow from inventory intake through fulfillment
• Monitor order status, shipment progress, and tracking updates
• Collaborate with Fulfillment, Quality Control, Inventory, and Logistics teams
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and shipment discrepancies
• Support vendor onboarding and compliance processes
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and manage documentation
• Assist with operational reporting and KPI tracking
• Support process improvements and workflow optimization

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes
• Experience working with vendors, shipping, and procurement
• Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
